I've used commercial gym benches that don't feel as sturdy as this one. The adjustments are smooth and it doesn't wobble even under heavy dumbbell presses. Highly recommend for a home gym.
The bench itself is fantastic - solid steel, comfortable padding, and tons of angle options. Only downside is you have to buy the leg extension separately if you want that feature.
